Wand of Escape

From publisher blurb: A system agnostic magic item. A dream item for a thief or assassin looking to escape capture, with one minor caveat, they must be in real fear for their lives for the wand to work its magic. This is a powerful non-combat magic item with many possible uses for inventive players to discover.
