User Summary Vulcan is a simulation of the Tunisian campaign in 1942. You can command either the Allies or the Axis forces as you battle your way through 5 scenarios from Kesserine pass, to the Operation Vulcan itself (the final assault on Tunis and Bizerta) or the full campaign starting in 1942 when the first allied forces start to appear in the area.
