Visor

From publisher blurb: VISOR! One-time thug turned full-time supervillain, this Optical Offender is interested in the power and riches that come with his new found equipment. Whether it be his heat vision, pusher vision or other blast that he uses from his visor, he's got a mean look in his eye and he's staring at any hero in sight!
