This is a public release in 2022 following nearly 2 decades delay because of a rights withdrawal by one of the authors. That person’s content has been redacted in this release, so the other content can continue to be available to the community. The Virus is a threat to all modern technology and the civilisations that depend upon it. Are there others ways for the Virus to spread? Is it even a direct threat to the individuality of intelligent life in the galaxy? This supplement discusses some ideas to prompt new ways to think about the threat the Virus could pose that isn’t known yet.
