Village of the Hungry Dead

From publisher blurb: Climbing up out of the Crypt of the Vampire Lords, you find yourself on the outskirts of a dilapidated ghost town . . . however, it seems the residents of this town never DID leave. Those who are damned to live here are the greatest enemies of the vampires, and the most horrifically punished, forced to live out a never-ending existence as the hungry dead.
