For that, they need to be tested at all the stages in the manufacturing process of Portuguese tiles, starting from clay modelling up to order delivery. The one who has the best performance in all these areas (more victory points) will get the much desired promotion. The production level a player can achieve in the various stages of tile creation is very important. Players have to play cards in order to: Manage resources Model clay Glaze tiles Draw tiles Paint tiles Fulfill orders Players should never neglect the oldest employees in the factory.
