The turn sequence is activated by cards, and units move and shoot using a straightforward system. There is no casualty removal until a full base has been destroyed. Ideal for 28mm plastic ECW games. Includes special events for each game, and a variety of optional rules. Rather than an in depth analysis of Seventeenth Century warfare, Victory Without Quarter plays as a pleasant game with toy soldiers, without getting bogged down in too much detail.
