Publisher's blurb: This unlicensed game product exclusively is distributed for free, in compliance with the game designer’s stated policy. The intent of these variant rules is to provide a generally revised mechanical framework which seeks to (1) enable actual play without frequent resort to “one-off” rulings, and (2) remain close to the apparent spirit of the game.
