Vanessa

From publisher blurb: Vanessa is a small world sheathed in thick ice which hides a liquid life-bearing ocean underneath. But the ice can’t hide the heated desire for corporate interests to plunder the moon of its abundant natural resources, never mind the objections of the coldly rational scientists who staff the world’s research station. So far, the cold war between the scientists and the miners has been confined to courtrooms and legislative chambers, but the battle for the world’s destiny is slowly heating up as each side refuses to back down from its plans. Port of Call: Vanessa introduces Cepheus Engine and Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game (OSFRPG) players to this hidden ocean world. Inside is an overview of how the information would appear in a library database, physical planetary and system information, a brief history, a look at its technology and society, a map of the planet, a map of the system, and an illustration of the research station. Port of Call: Vanessa. The cold environment is heating up quickly.
