From the introduction: URSWASA-SC is the URSWASA implementation for handling Stellae Cognitae. These pages cover those rules necessary for running Stellae Cognitae, and are hyperlinked as appropriate in the Stellae Cognitae background pages themselves. This section is intended to serve as an index, giving rapid access to the rules without having to page through the background. Consequently, these pages assume that you are familiar with the Stellae Cognitae background.
