Unstoppable Killer (M&M)

From publisher blurb: “Chee-chee-chee! Ah-ah-ah!” The Unstoppable Killer is a monster common to slasher movies. This horror has no remorse for killing and will slay anything and everything in their path – especially teenagers – in as many gruesome and various ways there is to commit horrific slaughter. The monsters to be found in these "YOUniversal Monster" products are new builds, designed to be supervillains in their own right. This build is PL 9 with a variety of powers and abilities, ambitions, goals, and three different adventure ideas.
