From the box: "Take a tour of some of the most popular attractions at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort without leaving the comfort of your chair, in this special Collector's Edition of UNO, America's #1 Brand of Family Games. Appearing throughout the deck are 16 beloved Disney attractions and characters, sure to add fun and fantasy to every game. But look out for Maleficent on the Exclusive Card and Rule, available only on the Disney Theme Part Edition of UNO. Let the magic begin!" The "Evil" card, with a picture of Maleficent, allows the player to take the top card of the discard pile, even on another player's turn. The card then acts as a WILD card.
