Unmasked Rally

From the introduction: It's a time of revolution. A referendum has been called to provide the new leader the popular mandate to push through a change which will forever alter the course of the nation. Enter the characters. Unmasked Rally is a modern day 'narrative first' scenario and would be ideal for a one-shot, or short series of games, intended to be easily adapted to any Cthulhu Mythos or horror rule system.
