University of Sog City: Proceedings In Malkionism

A book claiming to be a publication of the "University of Sog City", including some in-universe articles, but includes a transcript of the "Convulsion Tapes", a seminar at a convention (presumably Convulsion?), year unknown. All the publishing information is "in character" (i.e., fictional) and so actual publishing information is unknown. (Note that all of the artwork is dated 1996.)
