Universal Adventures Encounter Pack: Ghastly Encounters

From publisher blurb: The nauseating charnel stench grew ever stronger. Suddenly, something moved in the darkness. A sliver of moonlight revealed a leprous grey hand, the claws scratching the moldering earth. Then the clouds shifted further, the wan light revealing a pack of bestial humanoids.
