Underwater

From the publisher: Did you just give your party caps of water breathing, and now they're itching to explore the world beneath the waves? Or are you plotting an entirely underwater campaign, or maybe exploring the underwater sections in Ghosts of Saltmarsh? These underwater encounters are designed to add a little liveliness to dives without ever requiring a battle map - or worse, underwater combat rules. Mostly setting neutral.
