Once they had found such rich pickings they quickly established themselves, carving out extensive warrens that linked the subterranean crypts. The small cellars of a few houses were quickly overrun too. Now, the last underground bastion is the cellar of the Palmer's Rest tavern, and the owners are oblivious to how close danger lies.
