Uncertain Encounter

From publisher blurb: The last few hours have certainly been a bit of an adventure, not to say confusing. My mind still a wonder since yesterdays encounter with the remains of Nikola's Carriage, we continued through the broken terrain. Tall trees and thick brush made for slow travel. Few clearings or waterways to make an easy go, so as we broke onto a game trail, it was with mixed emotions, both relief and concern.
