From the introduction: Letter from the prosident The year 1989 has been a landmark year for TSR. In all of our product lines, we have seen tremendous success and growth. The launch of the AD&D 2nd Edition product line has recieved consumer acceptance far beyond our wildest dreams, and our book line has, according to LOCUS Magazine, reached a level of prominence second only to Ballantine/Del Rey/Fawcett. From a retail and manufacturing point of view, the expansion of the player base, and revitalizing of the marketplace bodes well for the new product in 1990. While this catalogue is a testament to the future, is is also an oppertunity to thank you for your efforts of the past.
