Trystell: Reborn - Melanoc: The Core City

From Introduction: Melanoc is the core city and default campaign location in the Trystell: Reborn setting. As such, it deserves an in-depth look into the details of the city, its people and its workings. In many ways Melanoc is an unusual city. It is both more cosmopolitan and younger than most cities across Trystell. This, and the fact that Melanoc is a relatively-stable and independent city-state, gives the city a forward-thinking element that attracts many fortune-seekers and free-thinkers from across Trystell.
