In an effort to revitalize the community, the city government re-opened St. Birnadyne church… and raised the taxes to cover the expenses. This integration of church and state has had quite the opposite effect, however, fraying the nerves of the citizens it was meant to help to the point where a protest-turned-riot broke out and set everything back even further. The church’s leader calls in the Trouble$hooters, hoping they can mediate this situation before it slips further out of control.
