From Introduction: Antony Faberto is a small time mob boss. He runs a protection racket out of the Larson building. There is a pizza parlor on the ground floor that delivers lunch every day. The pizza is a code: pepperoni - all is well green peppers - a new “customer” mushroom - someone needs roughing up cheese - a hit Antony has been under investigation by the FBI. He will be arrested today. Unfortunately, the elevator breaks down on the way.
