Supplement 7, Traders and Gunboats, is a supplement for Traveller. This 48 page booklet includes sections on starship encounters, deck plans, the express boat system (with descriptions of the Express Boat, Express Boat Tender, and Scout/Courier), traders (with descriptions of the Subsidized Merchant, Far Trader, and Seeker), gunboats (with descriptions of the Close Escort and System Defense Boat), small craft, (with descriptions of the Launch, Ship's Boat, and Pinnace), encounter tables, High Guard statistics, and using the deck plans. Note that this book includes a redesign of The Close Escort which originally appeared in JTAS Issue 004.
