From the introduction: T'was the night before Christmas and .... oh if only things were that happy. The Toys remember Christmas and the happy time when they were give to The Kid. That was a long long time ago. Over each Christmas and each birthday, new Toys came into the playroom. Some lasted the distance, others didn't have what it takes. Belonging to The Kid could be a dangerous life, but every Toy put their 'Made in China' mark on the line because it was The Kid's love that kept them going.
