Town of Frostbite (Night Map)

Publisher's blurb: A light shines amidst the pale, moonlit darkness; acting as a beacon for stray travellers, lost in the surrounding wilderness. Snow dusts this village, settling like cotton wool over the surrounding environment. Sounds are muffled in the frigid air, but the smell of woodsmoke promises a warm meal, and a comfortable place to sleep. Frostbite is a well defended town, with a tall palisade, sharpened spikes, and a watch tower overlooking the front gate, and the mountain pass beyond. Though heavily fortified against its surroundings, the town—once inside—is quite homely. Its frontier inhabitants learned long ago that one of the best ways to combat homesickness, was to bring a sense of their original homes with them. Though simple, most of the houses have rugs, and comfortable beds—some are even equipped with writing desks.
