Tower of the Mad Elf

Publisher's blurb: At last, you come to a rise overlooking the tower. A stark black needle pointing straight to heaven. No windows and only one entrance that you can see. The land around the tower looks blasted and bare. No animals seem to frequent the area, not even birds. A chill descends over you as you approach.
