Toonimancy

From publisher blurb: There’s more to technology than laser guns and jet packs. Technomancers can access the power of all things technological… including cartoons! Though it’s most often practiced by younger technomancers, toonimancy is a powerful form of magic that takes the tropes and memes ubiquitous to pop culture thanks to cartoons, and turns them into powerful spells. So whether you are sticking your finger in a foe’s gun muzzle, dropping an anvil on them, or causing them to disagree with your claim that it’s rabbit season, toonimancy gives you the power to warp reality in the most colorful way.
