From Introduction: Ah, being a college student. Everyone tells you it’s an easy life, with plenty of time to par-tay. Just take the classes, keep your head low, and you’re walk it. Of course, no one says what happens when you get a professor that has it in for you. That is what ‘Through the Cathode Tube...’ is about. The characters are all final semester college students who the vindictive and evil Dr. Baum has decided to flunk for no good reason. With finals just around the corner, all the students are sweating bullets or sinking into depression as they come to realize there is no way they can pass his class, and without a pass, they can forget graduation.
