From the introduction: In the northern Sanrallian province of Andralla the normally quiet mountain town of Reston has begun having disappearances. At first it was just a few pilgrims visiting the sites of the old battles and holy places, lost somewhere in the wilderness. Then, a regular caravan didn't arrive, and now the Mayor's Son was taken and ransomed and though it was paid, he has not returned. Rumor, speculation and outright fear has the people of Reston stirring, looking for answers.
