From Introduction: As terrifying as waves of zombies can be, the thought of one monster being a continual threat in addition to the many horrors of the zombie apocalypse is especially frightening. They can take many forms and there is no shortage of examples of these sort of terrors in popular culture. One antagonist of either exceptional strength, cunning, or madness... or any combination of the three appearing to attack at random is a terrifying element that can be added to any Outbreak: Undead campaign. In this issue, we explore how this creature can be introduced and what sort of missions that can surround their appearance and which ones can lead to their climactic destruction.
