The Woggle

From publisher blurb: The woggles (water boggles) come to the Cerulean Seas Campaign Setting! The ties between song and sea are undeniable. From jaunty sea shanties to myths of sirens luring sailors to their doom, music has been part of maritime tradition. We have taken the humble grindylow and gave it culture and artistic genius. Definitely a legend of a different color! Unfortunately, they are also born with a dreadful affliction that threatens their tightly wound genius. In their old age, without a near constant exposure to a particularly difficult lullaby, they degenerate into murderous maniacs. Ready to live life on the edge of artistic genius and madness? Want to be able to sing with the fishes? Ever want to be the next Picasso under the waves? Then perhaps the woggle PC race is meant for you!
