The Witch

From publisher blurb: The Witch is a psionics user that foregoes illusions and mind tricks to focus on commanding the elements of nature like the witches of legend. With power over fire, cold and electricity, even the weather itself, the Witch is a potent character that can burn, freeze or shock enemies at will. You will also find details on psi-crystals, rare mineral formations only encountered on Prometheus that can amplify psionic powers in a multitude of ways.
