From the cover: Since man discovered the wonders of fermentation, wine, beer and spirits have been part of Théan life. Indeed for some the brewed beverage is often akin to a religion. So each nation is justly proud of their particular style of wine or ale. In this missive I dare to offer my (no doubt controversial) opinion on the produce of the nations. Please remember that taste is often highly subjective. So I ask humbly for the reader to grant me leave and take no offence if their national wines don't suit my palate. I say this after having suffered an unfortunate incident with a young Castilian, and I have no desire to be challenged to a duel for such a remark again.
