From publisher blurb: Toys for the Sandbox is not a module, it is not a campaign setting, instead it is a framework for GMs to use to reinforce their own imaginations. If you are Eldis Kinderman you create a wandering festival named after that tavern you burnt down at the start of your first adventure. You invite adventurers from all around to eat and drink, then when they are all good and drunk, offer up a quest, the first to accomplish it gets a wish.
