A 1000 Stories Solo RPG set in a Superpowered Old West From the introduction: The Visited takes place in the familiar “old west” era of the western United States. From social structure and technology to locations and events, you can imagine it as a copy of any western fiction you know, take a revisionist approach, or make it historically accurate. That’s your call. But the one big difference is that some people (most importantly, your character) have superpowers. Don’t imagine heroes in tights, capes and cowboy hats. No, these superhumans will usually do anything to keep their powers secret. They’ve been “visited” by the Supernatural. They find themselves with a calling they must accomplish, and the means to do it. And they’ll use the means when they have to. But like the past that haunts them, it’s nothing they’re too proud of.
