The Villain's Handbook: The Tyrant

Publisher Blurb: A true villain doesn't sit back and wait for evil to happen, and neither should you! The Villain's Handbook series will detail a master villain, and provide plot and adventure ideas for you to use. The tyrant is an evil ruler who uses their kingdom for personal gain. Inside you'll find plots that can be utilized by a distasteful tyrant to challenge your players. Included are stats for a CR 2 Tyrant, CR 4 Kingsworn, and a new magic item, the Rod of Supplication!
