After fielding offers from the various factions in town to rid the region of the troll threat, the PCs embark on a treacherous expedition into the Trollmaw Hills. After finding the lair of the mutant trolls on Rockguzzle Crag the PCs must delve into the strange caves and caverns in which they live. Here they encounter the remnants of the Mockers, a group of powerful fey who ruled the land over 10,000 years before. After adventuring through multiple levels, solving puzzles and fighting many exotic enemies the PCs must face the terrible troll-- Zulshir, the Cannibal King.
