Publisher's blurb: The Wizard Maithor was a troubled wizard and a troubled youth living a troubled life long before he was a wizard. It seems that no matter where he goes or what he does, it never turns out quite how he expects and definitely never the way he wishes it would. Three years ago, he finally got something right. He bought a small piece of land at the foot of the mountains on Palodária at the edge of the Great Blackwood Forest North of Sánzé near a village called Séros. Things went well until six months ago. Maithor was visiting Raevýn City for a few weeks to acquire supplies and visit a few colleagues. When he returned to his tower north of Séros, he was greeted by two Trolls outside his front door. He crept back into the brush and watched. Over the course of three days, he came to understand there was a whole plethora of Lokán occupying his tower and a mysterious man who seemed to be in control. He immediately headed back to Séros and began preparing parchments seeking Adventurers to cleanse his tower and return it to him. He posted parchments in Séros and further South in Sánzé then returned to his rented room at the Willow Inn in Séros where he awaits takers for his quest.
