The Thespian

From publisher blurb: "Welcome to my stage!"... The Thespian! A Power Level 10 Rogue, The Thespian is ready to make the scene in your next Mutants and Masterminds campaign. "A flair for the dramatic" is putting it mildly. The Thespian demands center stage, and he has the skills to steal it from even seasoned superheroes! This charismatic criminal can make life difficult for your street level superheroes, or anyone with an artistic angle.
