User summary: The world is threatened with a ritual of destruction. The characters must infiltrate The Soul Husks Caverns and destroy a husk to, possibly, disrupt the ritual. This fan-created scenario is intended as the culmination of a fan-proposed "Iuz Campaign" beginning with T1-4: The Temple of Elemental Evil, continuing with S4: The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, and concluding with this adventure.
