He’s a good target for a high-level party who’ll scout out a location and devise a plan and he can appear in any isolated place where you might find a castle. ​Nyzadd and Qulwa​ are a good all-purpose target for parties in a desert setting who must be found in the trackless wastes before being engaged. Probably best for parties around 3-5 level. These scenarios are meant to be easy to run right off the screen.
