In this scenario, which the Game Master may flesh out on their own initiative or simply run "as is", your players will be entering an abandoned stellar observatory in the mountains along the southern border of a vast desert, eager to learn its secrets. Synopsis: After being destroyed by a devastating arcane disaster long ago, the observatory of the Last Sharif remained deserted. Recently, however, a gang of troglodytes rediscovered it, and have made it their lair. Local legends claim the observatory is rich with ancient knowledge and treasure for the taking! You have journeyed there, on the Winter Solstice, hoping to find the observatory’s fabled seeing lens. Can your players discover the observatory's secrets and survive to tell the tale? This one-page generic scenario is written to be compatible with most fantasy role-playing games (FRPG). It should be useable with any FRPG ruleset.
