The Sandman is Here Part 2: Dreams of the Earth

From the introduction: Mother Haggle has many enemies. None are more dangerous or enigmatic than the Sandman, an Archfey who persistently tries to destroy everything Mother Haggle has built. Precisely what she did to earn this enmity is unclear, but it’s no less dangerous for that fact. In recent days, the Sandman has risen from an extended hiatus, and as he does so the creatures of elemental earth have begun to cause all kinds of trouble. 3 adventure seeds for level six characters
