The Salty Dog (Base Class)

From publisher blurb: In honor of the International Talk Like A Pirate Day!!! this special September issue presents a new base class, the Salty Dog. Part pirate, part acrobat and very much an amenable carouser, the salty dog seamlessly moves about a ship in the roughest of conditions and has been trained and tried in the art of shipboard skirmishes. While definitely designed to emulate the fantastic personalities of modern fictional pirates and definitely fulfilling a niche role, the salty dog does offer many unique skills and abilities that comes in handy during a brawl or dungeon crawl. So shiver me timbers and scuttle the planks as the salty dog clamors aboard!!!
