The Rising City

Publisher's blurb: In this Epic event, an army of symbiont-enhanced soldiers guards the Emerald Claw as they excavate the daelkyr sanctuary beneath Metrol. To get past them, the adventurers need a diversion. A gang of scavengers camped in the city are willing to help, but they have their own demands—a long list of them, in fact! This four-hour Epic event is optimized for APL 16. Notes in the adventure allow for it to be used as a single-table event as well.
