User Summary Rise and Rule is a very interesting Civilization-like game. You start you civilization with just one settler, must first found a city and then, gradually, improve your strength. As you progress you have access to an array of both civilian and military units. Your ultimate goal is to spread across all continents by eliminating the competition.
