The Cult of the Dragon has organized bands of Cultists, Hobgoblins, Bugbears, Winged Kobolds, and a Hill Giant to attack the Satyrs, Hybsil, and Elderly Centaurs inhabiting the woods. Their goal is to acquire The Damhy Tree, source of the wood the Satyrs use to make Pan Pipes. The players must organize the creatures of the wood to defend themselves, and try to solve the ancient puzzle of the ranger Alomystia in order to take control of a giant stone golem statue to aid them. Note the grand battle that is the centerpiece of the adventure uses the mass combat rules as given in Unearthed Arcana 2015-03-02: When Armies Clash. A full-size battle map in included, as well as worksheets or organize and keep track of your units and stands during the fight.
