Selbia, a middleaged half-elf woman, has been running the shop for the past two decades, and it has been embraced by the town as one of the tastiest places in the area. Over time, Selbia has added more and more items on the menu, and at the current time, the shop is more of a bakery than a pie shop, with everything from bread to pies to sweets present.
