User Summary: The Perfect General Internet Edition (PGIE) is the latest version in the Perfect General series, developed and published by Mark Kinkaed through his company, Killer Bee Software (KBS). Features (from KBS website): Multi Player Support- IP address Playable between attacker and defender Chat messaging interface Graphical Enhancements- Windowed Environment New Terrain and Unit Graphics All graphics exposed so that they can be edited or replaced General New Features-- 32 bit application that works on Modern Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Different zoom levels for map viewing All original scenarios included HTML Presentation of long description Auto Save option Counting of Friendly fire arty kills Additional statistics to be added to player and scenario history Sound-- Users are able to change all sounds in the game Unique sounds for each of the different units in movement and fire Game Editor-- Separate Editor program to make maps and scenarios Ability to add additional terrain types (attributes and images) to the game Maps and scenarios will have meaningful names Possible Game Play Additions (scenario-specific options)-- Option for Hidden Mines Victory Points Awarded for terrain changes (or not changed) Optional Game can end on a specified Victory point amount Option for victory points to be awarded for unit kills Option for Victory points applied against friendly kills Probabilistic weather events in scenarios Optional Time Clock for each phase Source: Killer Bee Software.
