From the introduction: Welcome to the Palladium Martial Arts Netbook. This is an attempt to collect the many player-created martial art forms and powers found on the internet, mailing lists, and other sources. I have attempted to get permission from the original creators, but in some cases, this was not possible. User summary: This sourcebook originally was developed and published as a fan website, with the final-state implementation in HTML. When the hosting service went offline, the site was published as a derived PDF document. The document contains a large amount of internal hyperlinks, though the formatting often is sub-optimal.
